Aarhus Blótlaug is an association for believers in asa- and vanetru, affiliated Forn Siðr. Most of us are members of Forn Sidr, but this is not a requirement for membership of Aarhus Blótlaug. We just require you to be willing to comply with our statues.

We celebrate the 4 major annual blóts: winter and summer solstices and the autumn and spring equinoxes. Besides, we have many other activities that the various initiative members each arrange.

An annual Open House at Easter for Asa and vanetru believers.

We try to teach each other about our common past, by holding seminars in runes, interpretation of the Edda poems, the Old Norse language ie.

Other initiatives could be bus-tours to ancient sites, with subsequent celebration.
