Heimdal and the colours of the rainbow
Friday 6th to Sunday d. 8th April 2012 (easter)

We're happy to announce our Open Gathering for pagans from all over the world and their guests. From saturday morning till late afternoon, tourists without relation to the asatru milieu are welcome to drop by and join the arrangements.
We hope to see many different activities during the Saturday, so ALL members and guests are welcome to present talks, workshops, games, stands, songs etc.
If you have something you would like to share with us and our guests, please contact us so we can
include it in the final program. Our theme this year is Heimdal and the colours of the rainbow, and all
colours er welcome, but we also welcome activities not strictly related to the theme.

Friday 6th of April
From 12.00: Arrival
Ca. 16.00: Guder uden grænser – talk (in Danish) by Ole Nielsby
Ca. 18.00: Dinner
Ca. 21.00: Evening coffee
Ca. 24.00: Midnight blót/Bent Dahlin
Saturday 7th of April
8.00-9.30: Breakfast
13.00: Lunch
16.00: Open Heimdal-blót by ON et al.
18.30: Dinner
20.00 – ??? Party time
Ca. 21.00: Evening coffee w/snacks
Sunday 8th April
8.00 – 9.30: Breakfast
We tidy and clean the cottage till we leave at noon
Prices
The whole arrangement Friday to Sunday: 300 DKR per person
If paid by bank transaction before arrival = reduced price: 275 DKR per person
Friday to Saturday before dinner: 200 DKR per person
Saturday to Sunday (including lunch and dinner Saturday): 200 DKR per person
Children:
Age 0-8: no fee
Age 9-16: half price

You can sign up by email to our cashier and pay on arrival (Danish currency, please).
